On Thursday I drove to Limburg for a meeting with the makers of TV Limburg. We worked on a program for upcoming Saturday. I'm going to host events twice a month in discotheque Peppermill. Saturday night was the first time and it went very well. I think I found a new passion!! Every week you can expect huge theme parties and shows of famous artists. This week it was time for the very popular pop duo Milk Inc who gave away a fantastic performance and I had the honour to interview them. So watch TV Limburg on Wednesday or watch it on this site at 'Downloads'. I'll be in the South of Holland until the beginning of 2007 in order to celebrate Christmas and New Year with my family.

There are some new updates on the site. During the summer I was asked by director Melchior Verheezen if I wanted to be the female lead in his promo-movie for his starting Production Company: Concpt. After deciding that I wanted to do this we had 2 cool days in an American setting in Rotterdam. This 6 minute film is about a guy who ran out of luck and everything that can go wrong goes wrong. At the end of the day his pregnant girlfriend also leaves him: And that would be me. You can watch Concpt the Movie, at 'Downloads' and you can see my latest cover of Niveau Magazine made by photographer Guy van Grinsven at 'Covers'. It's in stores in Germany, Belgium and Holland and I'm very happy with the results. In the next edition of Niveau Magazine a special and an interview of me will be published.

Today I completed the shooting of the comedy ‘Purgatory’. I played Ruth, the leading female in the film. It’s mainly English spoken and the director of the movie is Mike Myer. The première will be in February and will be shown in cinemas and Dutch television.

Guy van Grinsven is the first photographer I worked with and he did my first cover shoot in Austria. He is the owner of Niveau Magazine and is the best photographer from the south of Holland. Tuesday, 2 years later, I had another shoot with him. I’m very happy I worked with him again and curious to see the pictures. The magazine will be in stores later this year.

Monday I had dinner with Sven Otten, the owner of the club Peppermill. We made a selection of the pictures for the cover series and he interviewed me. When it's out I’ll place the pictures on the website.

Saturday and Sunday it was time for the yearly MotorNewz in Jaarbeurs Utrecht. I was booked as Lara Croft from Tomb Raider by Suzuki to make pictures with visitors. You can view those pictures the next day on their site. Sunday my web designer Tristan came by to make some pictures of me. Soon you can find those on the Playground Agency site. Here you can also find information about our newest Playmate Melisa. I’m very happy she joined us. Saturday night I went to Rijssen for a Meet & Greet session in a local disco.

A few weeks ago I had a shoot for the wedding brochure Imogène in Kaatsheuvel. It’s out now so you can view the cover and the rest of the series on the website. There are also some other new pictures on my site, so check it out.

Today I did a cover special with photographer Frank de Mulder for the biggest men’s magazine in Belgium Ché Magazine. It will be in stores in December. Today was also my birthday… I’m 23 now, so after the shoot I went to my mom and sister and the next Saturday we drove to my father to celebrate all our birthdays there.

I got back today from a shoot in Marrakech and Casablanca with photographer Hans Petersen. We made a cover special with actor Fehd El Ouali for the lifestyle magazine Tulp, it will be published later this year in Morocco and the Netherlands. I also had a shoot in the centre of Marrakech for Sapph lingerie on a beautiful location.

As you can see in the downloads-section, a few wallpapers are missing. This means that everyone who has the time and motivation, can send Dorien their own wallpaper.

Last week I made a video with the popular and successful rapper Lange Frans and Jort Kelder (host, writer, editor of Quote) in honour of the 10th anniversary of magazine 'Quote 500'. Wednesday I attended their party and we watched the video for the first time.

On Monday I had a show for the new motorcycle line Triumph with my friends Marcella and Maria.

Here are the first pictures of my shoot I did last week with photographer Ray Christian. The make-up was done by Sandra Pollatu, his life partner who also once made one of my favourite pictures. The complete serie can be viewed on my website in November.

Because I found some old backstage pictures of my first Playboy shoot in Turkey I decided to make a new album. You'll find other pictures as well: Life and Cooking show, meetings, Jensen show backstage, première of Borat, Playboy Nights, parties, visit to Los Angeles and more. Last week I had some fashion shoots with my favourite photographer Ray Christian and with Zeger Garré. I'll update these pictures on my website as soon as I can.

The loyal fans would have noticed already, because the Dutch version of this site was redesigned a few months ago. Now also the English version has a fresh and new design! Some additions are a mp3-player featuring music of young new talent Roger Martinez and a contact form to contact Dorien or her management directly. There has been put a lot of effort in this redesign to offer everyone (ranging from fans to possible new clients). Enjoy!

Friday 20th October at 22.30 Dorien will be one of Jensen's guests on RTL5 Dutch television. With her colleagues Marcella and Lotte, she will be sitting at the Russian Roulette table and the broadcast will be available from next weekend at 'Downloads'.

Last Thursday Dorien Rose attended the red carpet among other Dutch celebrities at the première of Borat in Amsterdam. He is the comedian Sasha Baron Cohen and gave a hilarious speech in the beginning of the movie. The girls really enjoyed the movie and had a nice party afterwards.

There have been a few updates. At 'Downloads', new movie clips are posted. There are also three new photos uploaded at 'Glamour' and 'Fashion'.

Last week I would have travelled to NYC for some assignments, but they got postponed. Instead, I went to Limburg down south to visit my mother and sister Nadia again. View the photos here.

Olga, Ancilla, Marcella and I were guests at the Challenge Rally 2006. I've had quite some adventures during this rally! In this album you can view the pictures.

Tristan is my web designer and to improve my site we had some conversations and meetings. After our first meeting I took him out to dinner with my sister Nadia. He also made a few nice pictures during this day. Check it out!

I found some old photos of meetings, promotions, my acting workshop in France etc. I placed those for you in an album. There are some new developments in my career that are taking place right now, but I'm not supposed to tell anything about it at the moment. I'll let you know when I can!!

Last week I was a quest with my colleagues Olga Urashova, Ancilla Tilia and Marcella at the Challenge Rally 2006. At the starting grid the 'Telegraaf' (a Dutch newspaper) made some pictures and interviewed us. Every contesting car had a theme and ours was Kill Bill with the Pussy Wagon. We rode along in a Hummer Stretch Limo, so that was very comfortable. We visited 9 countries (Germany, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Finland, Sweden en Denmark) in 7 days so we had a great time. There were only premium parties, cars and hotels.

Dorien Rose just got back from a 10-days acting workshop on a farm in France. Drama coach Josja Hamann gives these workshops to actors in France during the summer. Dorien Rose: "I had a really great time there. It was very intensive because we started everyday at 10 in the morning and were finished 12 hours later. It has been a life changing experience for me and I've met a lot of fantastic people. It gave me a lot of confidence and insight in acting and in myself. I'm very glad I've done this."

The Summer Panorama of the year 2006 is in the stores now. Last month Dorien Rose was already on the cover of the Panorama with her colleague Playmates Ancilla Tilia, Lotte Oterdoom and Olga Urashova and a few weeks later she is on the cover of this famous magazine again. In 3 weeks you'll find Dorien Rose on the cover of the Panorama for the 3rd time in two months. For the last one she travelled to Curacao 2 months ago.
